Data Deletion Policy

At Curiouzz, your privacy and control over your personal information are top priorities. You can request the deletion of your account and data at any time.

How to Request Data Deletion

In the Curiouzz app, go to Settings > Account > Delete Account.
Or, email us at info@curiouzz.com with the subject line Data Deletion Request.

What Happens When You Delete Your Data

Your account and profile information will be permanently removed from our systems.
Any content you’ve created (Vault answers, matches, messages, etc.) will be deleted or anonymized, unless retention is required by law (e.g., fraud prevention, security, or legal compliance).
Backup copies may remain for up to 30 days before being automatically purged.

Standard Policies

You can request a copy of your data before deletion by contacting us at info@curiouzz.com
Once deleted, your account and data cannot be recovered.
We may retain minimal records (e.g., payment history, legal logs) only as required by applicable law.
